Tanja Cronqvist

With extensive experience across the IT and consulting industry, in roles including CEO, CCO and Head of Sales, I have built a broad commercial background working with companies across different growth stages – from startup environments to more established organizations.

I am a commercially driven leader with a strong focus on growth and execution. What characterizes me is the ability to quickly understand a business, identify what needs to happen, and turn strategy into action – particularly within sales, go-to-market and business development.

Today, I work as a consultant in the role of Chief Commercial Officer for a SaaS company in scale-up phase, where I lead commercial growth and drive the company’s go-to-market strategy, partner and customer strategy, and overall business development.

I have extensive experience leading teams, supporting CEOs in building commercial capability, and accelerating growth in companies with strong potential but where the commercial foundation is still being established. I thrive in businesses undergoing change and growth, where success requires being equally comfortable operating strategically and hands-on to help take the company to the next level.

Alongside my operational work, I am actively engaged in entrepreneurship and ecosystem building – moderating and creating forums where founders, business leaders and investors connect, exchange ideas and create opportunities for growth.
