My science foundation (B.Sc. Honors in Zoology) gives me genuine technical fluency with life sciences and biotech businesses that most legal advisors simply don%27t have. I have cleared the Independent Director Proficiency Test and am registered in the MCA%27s ID Databank, making me eligible to serve as an Independent Director on Indian company boards under the Companies Act.
