My experience in the international pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years with a very deep vertical insight into the industry makes me a skilled contributor to any organisational challenge a company may face. I am a strong communicator and a proven keynote speaker at international events.
I have particular experience in strategy development and implementation. I have worked with highly regulated businesses and those undergoing change. My global experience and fluency in three languages has always been an advantage to the growth and prosperity of the mission.
I have recently joined AdAR (German Association of Supervisory Boards) and Armid (Association of Supervisory Boards of Medium-Sized Companies). Both organisations provide training on supervisory board duties and I attend as many as possible seminars.
