I have practically been working in international virtual teams for 28 years (of which 15+ with India) in different service sales roles, which have made me humble, pragmatic, insightful, full with practical hands on experience to and being capable to provide advice, guidelines, facilitation or inspiration given the bigger picture, leading to actions on all levels leading to sales, when it comes to strategic change, operationalise of strategies, organisational change, redesign and optimise models, teams, units, organizations. I have applied, enhanced and built new Intellectual Capital, methods and narratives,to enable innovation, value outcome and storytelling.
I have had all kinds of engagements related to all kinds of P/L related actions from business strategy and development, sales teams, offshore service delivery engagement and operationalising strategic HR resulting in a unique profile in the overlap of business-sales leadership-performance management operations (revenue-cost-profit) -sales-human capital management-offshoring/outsourcing area, divestiture, downsizing, sitting on board level, from managing cash flow at lowest level of detail to restructuring more 1000s of people via outplacement programs I co-designed.
