I am an Interim Executive (CFO/COO) and certified Supervisory Board member with more than 25 years of leadership experience in complex organizations undergoing transformation, restructuring, and post-merger integration.

My core focus is the restoration of organizational steering capability, particularly in situations where companies lose clarity in decision-making, performance management, or operational execution.

I combine finance, governance, and operational leadership into robust decision and control systems. This includes KPI and reporting architectures, cashflow and performance steering, as well as the design and implementation of governance and internal control frameworks.

In board and advisory roles, I act as a pragmatic sparring partner for owners and executive teams, ensuring that strategic decisions are consistently translated into effective operational execution.

I am particularly effective in mid-sized industrial companies, family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and post-merger or transformation environments where control, transparency, or execution capability is impaired.

I am typically brought in when organizations do not primarily need new strategy, but rather restored steering capability, decision clarity, and execution reliability at executive and board level.
