I am a dynamic, collaborative and dedicated executive. I bring 20+ years of international and Nordic experience from the fields of sustainability, IT, AI and tech and health.

I am an experienced business leader for hire with a lot to give. I have 20+ years of relevant expertise in leadership roles in mainly global corporations, currently four advisory roles in small and medium size businesses and start-ups. I hold a Doctor of Laws degree and Doctor of Science (Economics and Business Administration) from the business, economics and finance from the two top universities in Finland. I am a Certified Advisory Board Member (CAB/HAB) by the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce and a frequent speaker in both business and academic events in Finland, Nordics, and abroad.

I have experience of high-end executive roles in global and Nordic corporations (Nokia, Accenture, Honeywell, Sonera). I currently work as Global Advisory Board Member at World Commerce and Contracting and Advisory Board and Board Advisor roles in small and medium size companies in IT and corporate risk management fields. The corporate roles include leading mindset change and a strong leadership over a global commercial and contract management organization of 130 persons with a responsibility for sustainable and profitable growth, contracts, commercials, risk/growth, additional sales, negotiation, customer satisfaction and inspiring people, and stopping value leakage. These include also strategy planning and operative global implementation and process improvement. During the recent years, I have greatly rejoiced in working with smaller businesses advising their leadership where one can immediately implement the ideas and see the results.

I am a result-oriented, efficient, enthusiastic, energetic and empathetic hands-on leader, who is resilient and gets things done. I am innovative, positive, out-going, collaborative and organized. I value sustainability, quality and ethics. I have a proven track record of sustainable and profitable growth, global transformation and leading mind-set change. I love to work with people and inspire them. As a mentor, I am a strong people developer.

I bring strong leadership, strategic negotiation and problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and proactivity. Together with my teams, I have consistently achieved direct monetary goals with high standards under tight deadlines.
