I hold a BSc Hons in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh and have spent 15+ years working in roles that unite marketing, IT and product. My early career spanned Investment Finance & Banking as well as online & mobile Marketing – both agency and client side.
More recently I have been a Satrtup Co-founder and then an Innovation Consultant for Large clients and SMEs. My role as statup founder involved designing a product using innovative technology (XR), building a team to create it then trying to growth-hack it to success.
My role as innovation consultant involves researching cutting edge technologies and consulting on how these can fit into my client’s business model. I often create documentation and reports for clients in order to pitch to C-Level or to apply for funding to bring innovation from idea to implementation. I have worked on numerous projects across a wide range of industries involving technologies such as AI, IoT, 5G and XR.
In the last few years I have work as a mentor and advisor to startups and students in a one-to-one role either as part of hackathons, through local colleges or through my large startup network.
