For the past 30 years, I’ve built, reshaped, and stabilised businesses across different industries., cultures and business environments.
I’ve led companies through crisis, launched new ventures, and supported owners and investors during key transitions. Much of that work was outside Europe—mainly in Africa and Russia—while running global operations across different markets and cultures. Since 2020, I’ve been active in Europe again.
Today, I focus on business (re)design, turnarounds, and leadership alignment for family offices, private equity firms, investors, boards, and business owners. I step in when a business needs to regain focus, correct course, or prepare for its next phase.
I look at five things: the business model, the strategy, the structure, the team, and the leadership.
Does the offer still meet the client’s need? Is the structure blocking execution? Is the team aligned and moving in the same direction?
If not, I make the changes needed so the business can deliver its promised value, with a motivated team, serving satisfied clients, and making a positive impact on society..
I’m most useful to mid-sized B2B or industrial companies (often private equity backed or family owned) dealing with complexity, change, or performance pressure. I bring structure, ask the uncomfortable questions, and support better decision making at board level.
