We live in a world where companies face a growing number of risks to their business - competition, technology, geopolitical, supply chain threats, cybersecurity, plus investors and customers looking for sustainability. I help companies address those risks. First by currently serving as a board director guiding companies with strategies, budgets, and policies that tackle those challenges. Second, with consulting services through Lustig Global Consulting that helps companies create risk management programs, establish robust manufacturing and supply chain strategies, and enable sustainability initiatives. My background in multiple areas of operations, most recent as Vice President of Global Supply Chain with an international manufacturing company, provide the experience to make those efforts successful.
