I bring a combination that is not that common: senior operational leadership in highly structured environments, entrepreneurial experience building and running a business, and hands-on work at the intersection of governance, operating models, growth, and transactions. I started in banking operations and progressed into senior leadership roles up to Deputy Global Head of Operations, then built and led an influencer marketing agency for 11 years, later becoming Chairman of the industry in South Africa and Co-Chair in France. Across all of that, the common thread has been the same: bringing structure where there is friction, clarifying decision-making, strengthening execution, and helping leadership teams make better strategic choices with a clearer view of risk, growth, and value creation. That is what I bring as an advisor or board member: judgement, operating discipline, commercial awareness, and the ability to connect board-level decisions to what actually happens on the ground.

The companies that benefit most from my expertise are founder-led or owner-led businesses, PE-backed companies, service businesses, and companies approaching a meaningful transition, whether that is scaling, professionalising, preparing for capital raising, or getting ready for an exit. I am particularly useful where the business has strong potential but needs tighter governance, a stronger operating model, clearer accountability, or better alignment between strategy, commercial ambition, and execution.
