In my professional career I have gained remarkable experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management, M&A, performing my duties in different senior positions (as General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman, Head of Private Banking, Head of Private Bankers Sales network, Head of Product Development, Head of Holding), both in listed domestic entities and international Groups.

Actually I am Advisor and Partner in a Holding and Consulting Company providing small-size companies with advisory services and financial support, with the responsability of scouting investment opportunity, valuation of business and financial situation of small and mid-sized companies target for a potential acquisition, negotiations, operation structuring, due diligence supervision, oversight of acquired entities in order to create value, exit strategy definition.

Furthermore, I am Board Member of a Mini Bond & Equity Crowdfunding platform focused on alternative investments in italian small-size companies applying CSR principles.

I would be very glad to exploit on a greater scale my experience, network and knowledge in banking system and M&A business, even with a Interim Management contract or as a Member of a Board of Directors.
