I have three distinguishing abilities: I am an expert of Strategic Decision Making, applying Game Theory to business. This includes negotiation advises and influencing strategies, in which I elevate my clients’ matters to the next level.
Further, I contextualize a firm’s strategy in its economic environment to excel performance, evaluating micro- and macroeconomic factors, which has become even more important in the recent years. The economic perspective on ESG and the impact of world-wide trends on companies are part of this.
Finally, benefiting from my strong analytical background, I assess the information architecture and data as decision making basis, knowing what is needed for solid decision making. I understand how diverse groups of people think and make decisions, including generation Z, which is a positive side-effect of my university affiliation.
