I have over 20 years of experience as a CIO and IT executive, and I currently oversee IT strategy and operations in 12 countries in a regulated setting. I oversee regional IT budgets and complex supplier portfolios, focusing on how technology decisions directly impact a company’s cost base, execution capacity, and risk profile.

I assist boards in bridging the gap between operational control and digital ambition as an advisor or board member. My main goal is to put in place practical governance and decisionmaking frameworks that guarantee boardroom understanding of ownership, tradeoffs, and followup.

I provide the most value to owner-led or growth companies where technology is business-critical, but structure has not kept pace. This typically includes companies navigating fragmented system landscapes, supplier dependency, rising security exposure, or the transition from founder-led execution to professional governance.
