I am a business professional with experience in creating, implementing, and executing strategies, including re-organizing ways of work and daily business routines. I´m a business developer who continually search for growth opportunities with target to create long-term value for the organization. I have gained my experience on all organizational levels from Sales rep to CEO.

My working carrier are over 30 years and out of that, more than two decades, I have worked within technical wholesales & retail in Finland, Scandinavia, and the Baltic´s. I have an extensive experience in cross border/cross sales and within business development with several proven successes. I also have a broad experience from several Board of Directors positions. I speak fluent Swedish, Finnish & English.

My strengths are the ability to coordinate processes to achieve goals. I want, step by step, to ensure that the process is going well and in the right direction. I pay attention in advance to challenges or weaknesses.
I may be critical, but logically and impartially. I always pull projects to completion as planned. When all goes well, I quickly put my thoughts into practical action.

I´m seen as an open-minded, analytical, and approachable person. I have a strong belief in teamwork and trust within the organization. Leading and coaching by example, towards better results, has always been my motivator. An individual’s commitment to goals is maintained through coaching and motivation without forgetting regular feedback.
