In my professional career, I have experienced and have been responsible for all kinds of duties, from auditing to management consulting to operational responsibility for a global business unit to the foundation of a successful start-up that is now the clear market leader in its market environment. Therefore, I am familiar with every entrepreneurial situation from start-up to growth to transformation and turnaround. Additionally, in my main function as a management consultant for strategy development and especially M&A, I see and evaluate many business models from very different but mostly very technical industries on a daily basis. I have already been contributing this experience for many years as an advisory board member for an industrial company. However, I would like to bring this experience to other companies as well.
