I%27m Sriram Vijayakumar, a Certified Independent Director and corporate governance practitioner with over 20 years of experience across India, APAC, the US, and the UK, spanning BFSI, FinTech, and Energy clients. My career includes leading a major deal win at Infosys that earned an Excellence Award, and consulting and governance on an AUD 150 million Customer and Revenue Management Transformation Programme in ANZ. That combination of commercial acumen and technical depth is central to how I approach the boardroom.

I hold an MBA and B.Tech in IT, along with certifications in cybersecurity, AI Security & Governance, DPDPA, am also a Certified Chief AI Officer. I founded The Boardroom Blueprint, a governance intelligence platform where I write, podcast, and publish on emerging risk for directors.

What I bring to a board is simple: I%27m a director who doesn%27t need risk explained to them - I%27m the one who explains it to the board. I focus on Risk, Audit, and Technology/Cyber/Digital committees, and I%27m at my most useful with organisations navigating regulatory complexity, digital transformation, or the governance implications of AI adoption, which include BFSI, FinTech, Energy, and IT/technology services, where oversight has to keep pace with the pace of change itself.
