I come from an entrepreneurial background in the beverage agency business and have spent over 20 years in the international wine and spirits industry, working with leading global brands across the Nordics and Baltics. Throughout my career, I’ve held senior roles focused on growth, business development, sales, and marketing—building strong commercial strategies, leading teams, and negotiating in complex international environments.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as an advisor and board member, combining a strategic, investor-minded perspective with hands-on operational insight from the FMCG sector. I focus on value creation—helping companies prioritise what truly drives growth, sharpen their commercial edge, and scale sustainably, particularly across international markets.

Since 2023, I’ve been working independently as a board member, advisor, and mentor, driven by a strong passion for helping companies grow and succeed. I’m known for being energetic, engaging, and results-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and inspire teams to perform at their best.
