I´m experienced marketing management and communications professional specialized in branding, go-to-market (GtM) strategies, public relations (PR) and creating unforgettable customer experiences. My most valued qualifications are sales oriented and result driven mind and great negotiation skills. I%27m ENTJ and a generalist with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong business acumen.
Currently I%27m working in telecommunications industry as the Global Marketing Director, Services at HMD Global - The Home of Nokia Phones.
In 2014-2018 I was responsible for the marketing and communications in Huawei. Our business unit was like a start-up inside a Fortune 500 company. My first task was to cast foundation for the consumer business%27 growth. During those 5 years, revenue more than tripled, brand awareness increased significantly (Huawei from ~20 to 92 % and Honor from 0 to 87 %), brand consideration reached the highest in the Finnish market (56 %) and in 2016 Huawei grew from challenger to market leader in Finland as the first developed country in the world.
I also worked briefly with Suomen Yrittäjät, the Federation of Finnish Enterprises, as a CMO becoming very familiar with the Finnish SME´s and entrepreneurship.
I%27m a certified board professional (HHJ) and an MBA candidate interested in professional and personal growth, technology in its every form and H2H marketing.
