I am a company secretary professional and transitioned into the practice side of the profession in October 2023, to take up challenging assignments under the wide ambit of my profession. I have prior industry experience of +19 years and have worked with the legal services, manufacturing, banking and BPO industries, for the compliance & company secretarial, legal, accounting and finance and internal audit functions. With thorough knowledge in the aforementioned functions, I wish to further diversify my experience by providing advisory assistance to varied emerging business issues under my functional expertise and also gain valuable professional experience to grow my career further.
