As an experienced trainer and entrepreneur, with excellent listening skills, I am able to assist organisations in the education and training field, or organisations looking to increase the efficacy of their employee training programmes. As a trainer and coach, I am always on the lookout for more effective ways to upskill people and grow their self-belief - not in terms of technology, but in terms of the human skills required to train and coach effectively.
I have served as a board member and chairperson of Education South Africa (EduSA), an association of language schools in South Africa, charged with maintaining quality in the sector as well as developing joint marketing opportunities, as well as a board member and later vice-chair and chairperson of Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism, a non-profit organisation tasked with promoting the destination on behalf of the metro and NMBT members.
