I help growth companies with their capital and growth strategy, governance, audit, and risk managmenet. I founded and have led AAREA, a direct private lending platform, for 14 years, and co-founded Canada%27s national private lenders%27 association, so I%27ve built a business, and sat on the lender%27s side of the table assessing what makes a company fundable. I%27m a CFA charterholder, have completed the CPA program, and am a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

What I offer a board or advisory board: financial oversight, practical guidance on raising debt and structuring capital, risk and regulatory judgment, and founder-to-founder insight on scaling and preparing for exit. I currently advise a UK company on growth and exit strategy and serve on a credit review committee.
