I deeply care about enabling people and ideas to grow. Throughout my work—leading the Innovation Lab at ZF Group, where I drive innovation processes and digital business model development—I’ve learned that real impact comes from empowering others, not just from creating solutions.

As a founder of multiple ventures, I know what it means to build something from zero: the uncertainty, the momentum, the responsibility, and the clarity required to move forward. This entrepreneurial experience shapes the way I advise today—practical, honest, and action‑oriented.

In my current advisory board roles at imec Germany and Prelaunch, I support teams by offering strategic focus, constructive challenge, and the ability to simplify complexity. I bring calm structure, a growth mindset, and genuine partnership to every conversation.
