Sean Siebert

For 30 years, I%27ve served as an entrepreneur, a real estate developer and consultant to private equity firms, lenders and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. I have first hand experience in making real time decisions that impact the bottom line and I have navigated the risk reward proposition that comes with those decisions. I believe I would be a good board candidate because of my past experiences in the real estate world, my ability to analyze problems on an objective basis and offer multiple solutions that minimize the risk proposition. I believe I would be well suited to serve as an advisor for an entrepreneurial type company, a real estate or asset management company or any type of stakeholder (owner, equity, lender) participating in the real estate industry.
