I bring a rare combination: deep scientific grounding in physical climate risk (my own advisory practice and a published book on corporate climate adaptation) paired with over a decade of hands-on operational leadership inside a global manufacturing group. I%27ve led cross-border M&A integrations, run turnarounds of underperforming sites, and reported directly into steering committees with P&L accountability. That means I don%27t just flag climate risk in the abstract. I can translate it into concrete operational and financial exposure a board actually needs to act on, and I know how to work that into governance structures, not just slide decks.
