I have been doing management consulting in corporate innovation strategy and startup partnerships. My strongest corporate areas are sustainability (especially value chain development and circular economy), pharma (especially patient-centric and value-based healthcare) and digital innovation. You can count on me assisting your strategy development from concept to international GTM phase. In my practice I have developed both the strategy roadmaps and the employee training programs.
