Sari Havukainen

I have 14+ years of strong experience in leading finance-, IT-, HR- and administration functions of portfolio companies owned by three Finnish Private Equity companies. I also have 15+ years experience working in privately held/family businesses and long term inside view to entrepreneurship as partner and as a spouse participating to family business. This has given me quite versatile, all-round understanding to several kind of businesses on operative, administrative as well as strategic level.

I have also long-term experience in board work, strategy work, and executing strategic or tactical changes into practice in several Finnish SME companies/corporations.

As part of my own professional growth path, I have also participated in 10+ M&A processes in several different roles and on both sides of transactions.

I have a growth mindset in anything I do. I have a strong focus on building preconditions for mid-sized companies in order to enable and to generate profitable growth. And based on my wide experience I have strong problem solving skills as well as building scenarios for the future.

I am enabling companies to take the next steps on their growth path and facilitating them to achieve their goals by resourcing and reforming functions and by sparring the operative functions about their performance and execution based on data and facts combined with future expectations.
