I am a former Managing Director and APAC South Head at Wells Fargo Bank with three decades of global leadership across finance, capital markets strategy, governance and enterprise risk management. I have led P&L businesses and large ,diverse teams across 15 countries, and as Member of APAC Executive & Risk Committees ,navigated complex regulatory environments, and strengthened board-level oversight through disciplined risk and capital stewardship.

I have since pivoted to new-age businesses, serving as Advisor to B2B SaaS, deep tech, cyber risk management, sustainable finance, climate tech and FinTech companies, where emerging risks, regulation and technology converge. My superpower is helping Boards navigate complexity with strategic clarity and create long-term value by unifying Finance, Risk, ESG and Responsible AI–Cyber resilience into an integrated, future-ready governance perspective.

I would add the greatest value in scaling companies globally, at the intersection of Finance, Technology , Sustainability and Regulation . I also support Boards with capital readiness, investor dialogue and governance credibility, drawing on long standing relationships across global financial institutions and investment ecosystems.
