I%27ve served on boards since the late 1990s, in both business and non-profit governance. The formative experience: founding chairman of Pro Kaustinen ry, the organization built to save the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival after its previous organizer%27s bankruptcy — securing funding, recruiting leadership, and restoring financial stability. I later chaired the Finnish Folk Music Institute for a decade (2015–2025), a period recognized with a Europa Nostra Award and UNESCO listings, and served on the board of Codetag Oy.

My operating background: co-founder of Picturall, where I went from CTO to CEO and led the company to its acquisition by Analog Way in 2017 — I know the acquisition process from first contact to closing, from the sell side. Today I%27m Innovation Director for the Analog Way group and Managing Director of its Finnish subsidiary, carrying P&L responsibility alongside long-horizon technology and market strategy. Sole inventor of a US patent on low-latency video processing.

What I bring to a board: technology and market judgment that reaches 5–10 years out, founder-and-exit perspective, crisis-tested governance, and P&L realism.
