Sami Liukka

Sami Liukka is game developer, and a cross-sector operator / company builder with a rare ability to navigate complex, high-trust environments across entertainment, technology, industry, and emerging markets.

Over the past two decades, he has worked hands-on with 300+ organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 and blue-chip companies to SMEs and early-stage startups. His contributions have focused on matters where clarity and access are critical: new market entry, capital raising, product launches, and strategy formulation.

Liukka has an ability to operate credibly between layers of hard-to-reach decision-makers, creativity, and technology, often without formal introductions.

He has advised and collaborated across a wide range of sectors, including:

Liukka has co-launched multiple ventures, including Eccu Research (an award-winning market intelligence boutique), Bilgaraget.se (a Web 2.0 classified ads platform), Heavyweight Rex (a mobile free-to-play game studio), and SisuRace (a Web3 Record-to-Earn gaming platform). These roles have given him first-hand experience of building companies under asymmetric information conditions.

He has served as an Airman in the Finnish Air Force and holds a formal education in game graphics. He is fluent in English and Finnish, with basic-level knowledge of Swedish and some Vietnamese language.
