The candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for understanding and solving complex business problems. I have experience of working with a variety of businesses, and have been able to successfully address a range of business issues. I successfully completed and resolved a number of marketing and sales issues in the hardware sector, focusing on stainless steel products and production machinery for the plastic industry. Additionally, I identified key personnel at various levels to provide operational support to companies in both the geothermal energy sector and the construction project and tender process. I am familiar with the strategies that have been proven to be successful in opening up new markets. I have the expertise to address complex issues related to dealerships, supply chains and distribution networks. I am also able to adapt to diverse cultural contexts and utilise psychological techniques to effectively navigate various situations. This situation includes individuals from both Western and Eastern cultural backgrounds. I commenced my career at the IMF, and have since developed a robust ability to thrive in challenging business environments. As a Belgian citizen, I have the ability to manage and solve problems, especially those related to the partnership process.
