As a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the global market, I combine strategic leadership, innovation, and technology to position companies for growth and profitability. I am currently the Program Director at Sapiens, a leading provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, where I lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for the insurance clients, leveraging my extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, blockchain, cybersecurity, and digitalization. I am also passionate about sustainability and social impact, which is why I co-founded and serve as the chairman of the board of LRV Corp, a Finland-Croatia based group that consists of brands and services that are industry leaders in design, style, and craftsmanship. I provide strategic guidance and support as an advisor or board member for several other companies, such as Adecco, Fenix Gaming, Pohto, Sharkmed, and Nordic Fit Mama, MoonlySoft just to mention a few where I apply my skills in strategy consulting, presentations, and strategic leadership.
