With over 20-years of international and interdisciplinary experience, Ruth is a respected thought leader and trusted advisor in Strategic HRM, Workforce Planning and HR Transformation. She partners with organizations to unlock the full potential of their people strategies aligned with business strategy, creating environments where individuals and businesses can thrive and deliver lasting value to organizations.
Ruth has spearheaded critical projects, from designing Strategic Workforce Planning frameworks to transforming HR functions through the integration of AI technologies and data-driven insights. Her work focuses on the human side of work—advancing skills-based models, enabling internal mobility, and aligning workforce strategies with ESG and DEI priorities and continuously shaping the future of work.
Driven by a strong sense of social justice, she has expertise in international labour laws and a passion for talent intelligence, leveraging insights to support data-informed talent decisions.
Before launching RCC Solutions, Ruth spent 13 years working for British Airways, where she honed her People skills in international Talent Management and Acquisition.
Ruth is a member of the Workforce Planning Institute, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and European Women on Boards, supporting their mission to advance women into
C-level and board roles across Europe. She is also a member of the OSICS Pharma & Biotech network.
She has delivered keynote presentations across the EMEA and participates to industry and executive panel discussions.
She divides her time between Brussels, London, and client locations worldwide.
