Legal & Technical point of view: feasibility studies, acquisition, concept design, Permits, Approvals with Authorities, Tender, execution and hand over delivery.
Sales & Marketing point of view: I have created and developed the sales & marketing department: management of the department with all the active implications.
Sales: creating & training the team, price list, targets, budget,
forecast, etc.
Marketing: from Media Plan to follow up on all the marketing
activities, timetable and budget, results from the marketing
campaigns.
