I am a Managing Director of an Advisory Firm Branch based in Singapore, leading business growth and large-scale transformation programs across Southeast Asia.

Over the past 16+ years, I have built and scaled consulting practices (up to €10M P&L, 70+ consultants) and supported C-level executives on complex transformation, M&A and operating model decisions across Europe, the Americas and APAC.

What differentiates my contribution as an advisor is my ability to bridge strategy and execution. I do not only provide guidance at board level, but also help translate decisions into tangible impact, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, AI adoption, and organizational scaling.
