Rodrigo Miranda Beltrán

I’m a strategic advisor and board member with more than a decade of experience at the crossroads of technology, innovation, and human transformation. My career has evolved from building and leading digital startups to advising major corporations and foundations on how to adapt to a world reshaped by artificial intelligence.

Since 2020, I’ve been part of ISDI Digital Talent, where I help executives and organizations embrace AI, agile frameworks, and new business models to accelerate growth and adaptability. Alongside this, I serve as a board member at Ashoka and Teaming Foundation, two leading organizations in social innovation and purpose-driven leadership.

I’m currently pursuing a PhD focused on generative AI and senior employability, exploring how new technologies are redefining talent, productivity, and the future of work for professionals over 50. This research connects deeply with my advisory work for companies such as Abadía Retuerta (a luxury winery integrating AI and sustainability in hospitality) and Danosa (a European leader in energy-efficient construction materials).

Beyond advisory and academia, I’m also an investor and partner at Sevenzonic, a venture fund that supports technology-driven startups across Europe. I collaborate with several VC funds and founders to evaluate early-stage opportunities and guide portfolio companies through digital scaling and strategic positioning.

I am certified by the Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores (IC-A), the Spanish branch of ecoDa — The European Confederation of Directors Associations, which reinforces my commitment to governance excellence and responsible leadership.

Outside of business, endurance defines me: I’ve completed twelve Ironman triathlons and am an avid trail runner, having raced in iconic events such as the CCC and TDS by UTMB in the Alps.

What drives me is a single idea: technology, when aligned with human purpose, can reinvent not just how we work — but why we work.
