I am a serial founder who advises from the arena, not from theory. I have built, scaled, raised and exited companies, and I am building one right now, so what I bring to a board is current and practical, not a playbook from ten years ago. My strongest value is commercial: helping a company find its ICP, decide what to focus on and what to cut, land its first paying customers, and turn that into distribution.

At Vallora I locked around 83 percent of the Danish broker market through an exclusive partnership, and with TinySeaside I took a brand from nothing to a fully booked resort and a TIME Magazine feature, Come Stay from 0-70 properties under management and exit in under a year, so I know how to create demand and momentum from a standing start.

I also know the Nordic fundraising landscape from the inside, having been in dialogue with +50 business angels, M&A and VC fonds, knowing what they look for when it comes to investing, and when it comes to acquiring companies.
