I have been the CFO of our family business for about twenty years now. As a relatively small business (35 employees, 10M sales) I have a lot of hands on experience in all field of leading a company. I also have experience in advisory boards (elementary schools) and coaching other entrepreneurs. Next to that I am member of the board of several professional associations.
