I%27m seeking to contribute at board level as an Advisor or Non-Executive Director, drawing on 35 years of leadership experience in the highly complex and regulated automotive sector. I have served in Senior and Executive Leadership roles in different regions globally, in both the high-volume vehicle manufacturing environment, and also the past model service sector, for product after-sales support.

Experience has been gained as a core member of the divisional ‘Operating Committee’ of a global automotive company and as an operational board member of a vehicle manufacturing ‘joint venture’ company.

A results driven, proven leader in ‘operational excellence’ execution at strategic and functional levels of purchasing (direct and indirect), value chain management, material planning, plant operations, supplier quality, and transport logistics.

Experienced in development of strategic and operational business plans and budget management, to deliver necessary improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency. In different roles, across different business functional areas, I have led several organisational restructuring actions to address: future business competency needs; organisational efficiency improvements; and structural cost reduction needs.
