I have experience in startups, private equity portfolio companies, global consultancies and FTSE100 corporates. I am a technologist by background but now run a $500m business unit with 1,000 people that has grown 40% CAGR since I took over in 2020. I have been a founder, executive, advisor and interim in Media, FinTech and InsureTech. From a board perspective, I have been a member of three regulated financial services boards, a corporate board and a private board.
