I%27m currently steering Nolwenture as CEO, where we innovate in digital products and services, including web and mobile applications across diverse industries. My journey in ICT spans from leading a major telecom subsidiary with a €300 million turnover to being an integral part of product marketing initiatives that launched broadband globally.
My expertise also extends to mentoring and advisory roles, where I’ve nurtured CEOs and played a pivotal role in the success and exits of companies like Blancco and Olapcon. Notably, I%27ve embraced interim C-level roles, such as with an InsurTech firm, leading them through a successful €3.5 million fundraising and international expansion.
In 2007, I moved to Finland to establish Connell International Oy, focusing on internationalization and product marketing consultancy. This move was a significant shift from my corporate career, allowing me to deepen my involvement in startup ecosystems, evident in my work with the Finnish incubator Panostamo Hub and as a coach at Kasvu Open.
In addition, as the Chairman of Vaki, I oversaw the personal development of their team leading to their first major game, Kingshunt and a soon to be announced new strategic partnership. My commitment to societal impact is reflected in my support for Snowchange, a cooperative in my home village, focused on climate change solutions.
My varied experience across sectors like HealthTech, FinTech, EdTech, and AI, combined with functional expertise in R&D, sales, marketing, and finance, enables me to provide comprehensive strategic guidance to both profit and non-profit organizations.
