I am a people focused, strategically orientated director who is both innovative and realistic in business development and growth and am highly driven, practical and pragmatic. I have particular specialist skills and experience in building and developing the sales and marketing functions of SMEs and have delivered substantial organic growth in those organisations. Having delivered a number of successful exits and acquisitions I have extensive knowledge in this field, including change management and post merger integration. My experience is centred around the technology sector in which I have been operating for 30 years.
