Rita Boukamel

I%27m seeking to contribute at board level as a Non-Executive Director, drawing on 30 years of executive experience across healthcare strategy, diagnostics innovation, and natural skincare. Most recently, I served as Senior Vice President and Head of EMEA for a Nasdaq-listed company, leading cross-functional teams across complex, regulated markets.

My career has been shaped by building and scaling healthcare start-ups, leading global teams, and delivering results under pressure. I’ve worked across EMEA—from Ireland to Iran, Finland to South Africa—so I understand both the business potential and the regulatory and operational challenges in the European big five, as well as in Central Europe, the Middle East, and North and South Africa.

At board level, I bring insight into growth, governance, and risk management, along with a strong belief that high performance and ethical business conduct go hand in hand. I’m passionate about creating space for diverse thinking and inclusive leadership.

As a woman with international, cross-sector leadership experience, I bring a global view and a collaborative, questioning mindset—focused on helping organisations deliver on their strategy with integrity.
