Over 10 years of leadership experience in global IT companies gives me a solid understanding of the opportunities digitalization provides, particularly in developing operations like customer experience, marketing, sales, digital business, and sustainability.
I have led the development of Vaisala’s modern, digitalized marketing function. I was the head of Vaisala’s Digitalization Forum, creating new service channels and an online store. Ihave also led the Digital Customer Experience Forum that works towards providing a seamless digital experience for Vaisala clients in all channels.
