I have been working in automotive, fashion and e-commerce areas, being always a close partner of the ownership of the company where I cooperated. I have a strong 360 degree experience in the field of managing a company.

I%27m strongly focused on the target, and I pay a lot of attention to details, to profitability and to delivery times, working under stress and in a continuously changing environment.

I like to work with people, expecting a lot but also taking care of their needs, because working in a pleasant environment improves productivity.
I’m persuaded that a satisfied person is definitely working better. For me this means that people need to have their responsibilities, but also their spaces and their time for themselves, for growing as humans, and consequently as workers.

Now I feel that I have to change perspectives; I need to feel myself enthusiastic for the job, to go out of my comfort-zone and to grow up more professional.
