Rhys Moult

Rhys is a skilled consultant and valuable board member with extensive experience in business development, project management, data analysis, and innovation and change management. He is the owner of RMTA Pty Ltd, an Adelaide-based consultancy providing advisory and business development services to SME businesses, startups, and scaleups. At RMTA, Rhys provides a range of services, including outsourced business development, digital transformation project management, grant application services and advice, regional economic development projects representation, assistance to startup/scaleup founders, strategic technology procurement advice for businesses, and smart cities consulting to local government.

Before starting his own consultancy, Rhys served as the Head of Sales, Support, and Success at FOUR, where he provided advice and support to the organization regarding sales, marketing, customer success, export, commercial and business development opportunities, as well as general business advice. He was responsible for leading the sales direction and strategy, tracking and reporting sales metrics, and developing a lead generation strategy, among other duties. Rhys also served as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Whyalla and the City of Adelaide, where he delivered a range of smart city and economic development projects. In his previous role as Digital Business Advisor for the Polaris Centre, Rhys worked one-on-one with over 1000 business owners, non-profit leaders, SME CEOs, and government agency IT and web professionals, providing technical advice, feedback, support, and hands-on implementation guidance to a vast range of web development, system integration, content management, and digital marketing projects.
