I am a CEO, pastor, author, speaker, commentator, and board advisor working at the intersection of technology, ethics, governance, and human flourishing. I help organizations navigate strategic growth, organizational change, stakeholder trust, emerging technologies, and mission-driven leadership.
As CEO of CoCreators and Pastor of First Miami Presbyterian Church, I have led complex organizations through periods of transformation, innovation, and growth. As the primary negotiator for my institution, I helped secure more than $250 million in value and played a leading role in advancing a $1.5 billion mixed-use redevelopment project. My work has involved high-level negotiations, governance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with developers, architects, attorneys, public officials, and community leaders. My experience includes strategy, governance, fundraising, public affairs, communications, organizational leadership, and partnership development.
I am the author of The Church Leader%27s Guide to Artificial Intelligence and a frequent speaker and commentator on AI, emerging technology, ethics, governance, and human flourishing. My work has been featured in outlets including USA TODAY Network, the Miami Herald, the BBC, and The Guardian. I have advised policymakers, engaged with business leaders, and contributed to international discussions on AI governance, technology policy, and ethical innovation.
Academically, I hold advanced degrees (Religion, Ethics & Society) from Princeton Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry (Science & Theology - Emerging Tech.) degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and am currently a PhD candidate at Durham University researching the intersection of technology and theology.
I am particularly interested in advisory and board opportunities where I can contribute strategic insight, governance expertise, technology leadership, ethical innovation, stakeholder engagement, and long-term organizational growth.
