With over 20 years of leadership experience at eXp, Newell Brands, WarnerMedia/AT&T, Siemens, and KPMG, Renato has a proven record of optimizing legal entity and transfer pricing structures, resolving cross-border controversies, and aligning tax, finance, and operations to support strategic growth. He has partnered with global finance and legal teams on treasury strategies, ERP transformations, and governance frameworks that balance opportunity with risk management.

Renato holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master of Science in Accounting, combining global perspective with technical depth. He is also an Enrolled Agent (EA), a Federal credential from the U.S. Department of the Treasury that authorizes him to represent taxpayers in all tax matters.
