I have advised big and small companies as a professional consultant for the last 18 years, with projects ranging from large M&A program leadership to startup strategy and business model creation. I have also worked as a CTO and strategy lead for Alko, where my main role was to define the digital business model (webshop + channels) for the company as well as leading the overall company architecture. I%27m currently the CoB for Taival Advisory.

The companies that would mostly benefit from my support would be preparing or progressing towards a digital and data heavy business strategy, either through a platform or through ecosystems. I can especially support the management teams in shaping their market positioning, realistic digital roadmaps and an executable operating model.
