Operational & Supply Chain Risk Oversight. I have designed and led enterprise risk frameworks, business continuity architectures, and crisis governance protocols at global multinationals operating in sectors where operational failure carries regulatory, financial, and reputational consequences. I understand not just what can go wrong, but how management teams under-report risk — and how to ask the questions that surface what a standard board report may obscure.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance Governance. Across Automotive (IATF 16949), Pharmaceutical (ISO 13485 / GMP), and Consumer Electronics (ISO 9001), I have led compliance architecture, regulatory submissions, and audit programmes spanning major manufacturing economies in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. I have seen how quality risk migrates from supply chain to production to customer to regulator — and I can scrutinise that risk before it becomes a disclosure event.

Technology & Digital Transformation Oversight. Holding a PhD in Electrical & Electronics (Semiconductors) Engineering and having led digital transformation initiatives across global manufacturing operations, I can provide independent technical scrutiny of management%27s technology strategy — particularly as AI-enabled operations and Industry 5.0 investments become significant capital allocation decisions.


I am seeking Non-Executive Director appointments at private and listed companies in the US$300M–$700M range, primarily in manufacturing-intensive sectors.
