You can check a list of most of the companies I%27ve worked with in the last two years here: https://www.euroscalers.com/alumni
I also work with VTT, Aalto Startup Center, Ignite, Kiuas, RedBrick Acceleratator and others. I%27m an author of the book %22Teach anything with the accelerator model%22 and I%27m an international speaker.
I also host the Lab To Market webinar series together with VTT and Aalto Venture Program and Aalto Startup Center. https://avp.aalto.fi/from-lab-to-market/

How I work with clients:
There is a fine balance between listening to you, asking you questions, teaching you what I know and learning new things on my own. And a touch of creativity and let%27s-do-it attitude.
A good advisor is one that listens to your needs and understands where you want to go. And understands the situation you are in.
That is most of the time.
Just clarifying what is going on can almost solve a problem by itself.
Based on the understanding of your situation, different alternatives to solve the situation should be discussed. Letting you have a strong role in the discussion.
But I will keep my own creative ideas flowing to make sure we see all kinds of different solutions.
What are those ideas based on?
Primarily two things:
1) Working with 50 other companies per year, year over year, learning from what they have done before, and
2) Running my own experiments, testing what works (I%27m a hands-on type of person)
With the situation fully understood. combining your head and mine will create a good solution.
Lastly, ideas are only worth something if they are executed upon. That is why good vibes, positive energy and a practical approach is needed. Implementation can be hard, and every solution needs to be clearly understood in the way of implementation.
(and sometimes, that person to execute is me. But it depends on my role in the collaboration)
If you feel this style would be beneficial to you and your project, let%27s connect.
